In order to provide the best cleaning result, please prepare the following before our arrival:

  • Remove all small and fragile objects (such as chairs and stereo system) from cleaning area
  • Vacuum the cleaning area (for carpet cleaning)
  • Except in cold weather, we may need an outdoor water faucet
  • Inform us of any particular concern regarding the carpet or the cleaning area
